1). Avian Elites will not home our Eclectus or African Grey babies to anyone who has a kitten / cat or to anyone that is intending on getting a kitten or cat in the future.

2). We will not sell our Eclectus or African Grey babies to pet shops.

3). We will not sell our Eclectus or African Grey babies to smokers.

4). We will not sell our Eclectus or African Grey babies to noisy environments (day cares, bars, families with children who have ADHD, personality disorders, etc.).

5). We will not sell to anyone that has the intentions of not feeding a complete healthy diet or to anyone that feeds extra vitamins or Spirulina.

6). We will not sell our Eclectus or African Grey babies to anyone that intends on caging their pets in a cage smaller than 30" wide, 24" deep and 65" high.  That is the bare minimum and that is a cage for one medium-sized bird (Eclectus, Grey).

7). We refuse to sell our babies to anyone that has any wrongful intentions towards life in general or plans on using the Eclectus or African Grey baby for any abusive behavior.

8). We will not sell to anyone that cannot afford the quality of care that Eclectus or African Greys deserve and require to live a long and healthy life.

9). You must be at least 21 years of age to acquire a Eclectus or African Grey Parrot from Avian Elites.

10). Avian Elites will not sell an Eclectus or African Grey baby to anyone that does not have an avian vet within 30 minutes of their home.
